Mission & Vision
Take the uncertainty out of moving cargo.
Our mission is to give every shipper in Bangladesh a freight partner they do not have to chase — accurate rates, correct documents, honest transit times, and a person who answers when something changes.
We measure ourselves on three things: whether the cargo left when we said it would, whether the customer had to ask us for an update, and whether the final invoice matched the quote. Everything else is detail.
- Quote what we can deliver, not what wins the enquiry
- Report problems before the customer discovers them
- Invoice exactly what was agreed
- Treat a three-carton shipper like a three-tonne one
The forwarder Bangladeshi exporters recommend by name.
We want AIX Global Logistics to be the company an exporter names when a colleague asks who they use — not because we were cheapest, but because nothing went wrong and, when it did, it was handled.
Getting there means investing in the boring parts: better systems for tracking, trained staff at the airport and port, agents we have audited rather than found in a directory, and a service standard that does not slip in peak season.

The values behind the service standard
Say it early
A delay shared on day one is a problem. Shared on day five it is a crisis. We tell you immediately.
Check twice
Every document is reviewed by a second person before lodgement. Most customs holds are avoidable.
Own the file
One coordinator from quotation to delivery, so nobody has to re-explain the shipment.
Price honestly
All-in quotes with the local charges listed. If a cost appears later, we explain why before billing it.
Move responsibly
Consolidate where we can, right-size the packaging, and avoid empty runs on inland haulage.

Regulations change. Our team trains on customs procedure, DG handling and documentation every year.
