AIX Global Logistics is an international freight forwarding, courier and customs clearing company headquartered in Uttara, Dhaka. We move air, ocean, express and hand-carry consignments for exporters and importers across Bangladesh.
We started because too many shippers were being handed a rate and then left to chase their own cargo. Our answer was simple: give every file a named coordinator, quote honestly, and pick up the phone before the customer has to.
Today we handle garments, pharmaceuticals, machinery, spare parts, samples and project cargo through the Dhaka air gateway and the Chattogram and Mongla sea ports. Our overseas agent network covers more than 200 destinations, so the shipment is looked after at both ends.

How AIX started, and what has not changed since.
AIX Global Logistics began with a small courier desk in Uttara and a simple observation: exporters were not short of forwarders, they were short of forwarders who would tell them the truth about where their cargo was.
The first customers were garment exporters shipping samples against buyer deadlines. Getting those right meant learning the parts most forwarders push back onto the customer — the EXP form, the certificate of origin, the assessment query at the customs desk. So we learned them, and then we hired people who already knew them.
From there the work widened: air freight consolidations, then ocean FCL and LCL out of Chattogram, then our own C&F licence, then hand carry for the shipments that could not wait for any of it. The company grew by adding what existing customers kept asking for, which is why the services fit together rather than sitting in separate silos.
What has not changed is the operating rule we started with: the customer should never be the first person to notice that something has gone wrong.

A forwarder is only as good as the person handling the shipment at the other end. We appoint destination agents ourselves and review them on the shipments they actually handle for us.
Coverage runs to more than 200 destinations across Europe, North America, the Middle East, the Far East, South Asia, Oceania and Africa. In each market the agent handles import clearance, last-mile delivery and proof of delivery back to us — and we stay on the file until that confirmation arrives.

How we try to run a decent business
Freight has a footprint — on people, on cargo owners who trust us with their goods, and on the environment. These are the areas we hold ourselves to.
Fair employment
Wages paid on time, overtime paid at the correct rate, and no hiring below the legal working age at our premises or through our handling contractors. Staff are trained on customs procedure, dangerous goods and documentation annually.
Safe and lawful handling
We decline shipments we cannot move legally — undeclared dangerous goods, counterfeit product, anything on a destination prohibition list. Declining business is cheaper than a seizure, a fine, or someone getting hurt.
Reducing empty movement
Consolidating where we can, right-sizing packaging so nobody flies air, and planning inland haulage to avoid empty return runs. Sea freight is offered ahead of air whenever the deadline genuinely allows it.
Honest dealing
No facilitation payments, no undervalued invoices, no rate quoted low with charges added later. Customer commercial information stays confidential — we handle competing exporters and their data never crosses.
